Paying

Self-Paying:

If you are self-paying for your Physiotherapy appointments, at present we take cash payments only at the end of your appointment. There are several cash points in the centre of Blaby.

Insurance:

Some Private Medical Insurance policies may cover you for Physiotherapy.

You may be required to pay for the cost of your Physiotherapy appointments at the end of each session, this is dependant on the prior arrangement between de Carle Physiotherapy and the insurance company. Should you be required to pay initially, we will provide you with a receipt of payment which then enables you to claim this back from your insurance company.

If you are managing an injury or illness and attending Clinical Pilates or Clinical Yoga, these classes are part of your Physiotherapy rehabilitation program and are therefore, covered by most insurance companies as part of your Physiotherapy allowance.

A GP referral may be required before you attend. Please check your individual insurance cover.

Paying for Classes:

Once you have attended your pre-class assessment and booked onto your block of classes, these are paid for together.
Please note refunds are not given for missed classes.

Cancellation Charges:

When cancelling your appointment, giving us less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a “Late Cancellation Charge” which equates to 100% of the total appointment cost.

If you do not attend your appointment, and have not informed us that you were unable to attend, you will incur a “Missed Appointment Attend Charge” which equates to 100% of the total appointment cost.

We appreciate that circumstances can arise which mean you are not able to attend your appointment, however, we take cancellations seriously and given enough notice we could offer your appointment to another client.
